Popular social media messaging application WhatsApp is set to enter the world of filmmaking and is all set to debut with the original short film Naija Odyssey.

The short film will soon be streaming on popular streaming platform Prime Video and YouTube.

The 12-minute biographical short film will be narrating to us the story of Giannis Antetokounmpo- a Greek professional basketball player.

Giannis Antetokounmpo, who was born in Greece to Nigerian parents, plays for the Milwaukee Bucks of the National Basketball Association (NBA).

The 12-minute-short film is narrated by Antetokounmpo and his mother.

The short film is inspired by the classic Greek epic poem The Odyssey.
