Bhukhan Pathak is a popular Assamese actor and a social media influencer, who in recent times has drawn public attention for completely different reasons.
Recently, he has helped over 60 needy people by supplying them with grocery items and other day-to-day essentials.
Bhukhan Pathak, who hails from Barpeta, recently extended a helping hand to the rickshaw-pullers and hand-cart pullers of the Barpeta town who have been hit hard by the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
"Neither do I come from an affluent family, nor do I earn a lot. I have a moderate cash flow that comes from my YouTube Vlogs," Pathak said during a candid chit-chat with me.
"I purchased those items from my own earning. I have not collected any funds from others," he added.
"Neither do I have a lot of resources, nor am I immensely powerful. whatever I try to do, I do it adhering within my limitations, expecting nothing in return," he added.
This is not the first time that Bukan Pathak has hit the streets to help the poor and the needy.
