Life of former Indian hockey player Sandeep Singh and Haryana’s present sports minister is quite inspiring and motivational.
No wonder that Soorma- the biopic made on Singh's life was a runaway hit.

Soorma starred Taapsee Pannu and Diljit Dosanjh was based on his journey as a hockey player.
Directed by Shaad Ali, the movie also featured Angad Bedi in a pivotal role.
Considering the success of Soorma, the makers have decided to make a sequel to the film which will focus on Singh’s political journey.
The movie will be titled as Singh Soorma and fans are quite excited as well about the new movie.
The news about the sequel was confirmed by Singh himself on Twitter.

Even though much isn’t revealed about the movie yet, however, it is speculated that Tapsee Pannu and Diljit Dosanjh will reprise their roles.
Dosanjh as Sandeep Singh was loved and admired by the cine-goers and all are excited to see him once again in the Indian Blue.
Singh, who plays for Ranchi Rays in the Premier Hockey League, is famous as Flicker Singh in media and he generally features as a full back and is a penalty corner specialist for the team.
