Tiger Stalks Elephant: Watch Video Here

Have you ever seen a tiger stalking a giant elephant? No! It is unlikely that you may have come across such a sight- either in real or in the reel.

However, a recent video shared by industrialist Anand Mahindra, whose social media is mostly full of wonderful videos and quirky messages, one can see that a tiger prowling behind an elephant and the video has left everyone fascinated.

The chairperson of Mahindra group took to Twitter to share a clip that shows a tiger stalking an elephant from behind the bushes in a jungle.

According to Mahindra, the video is from the Nagarhole reserve. It was sent to him by his sister.

Sharing the clip on the micro-blogging site, Mahindra quoted the famous poem The Tyger by William Blake. He started his caption by mentioning the first few lines of the poem and wrote how the lines come alive through the video.

"'Tyger Tyger, burning bright...In what distant deeps or skies. Burnt the fire of thine eyes?' William Blake's famous poem comes alive in this amazing clip. (Shared by my sister who has a home in Coorg. The person who sent it to her said it's from the Nagarhole reserve) (sic)," Mahindra wrote while sharing the clip.

 

Since being shared, the video has managed to gather more than 36,400 views and over 1,100 likes. Netizens also commented on the post and expressed their intrigue.

One user commented, "Such a fierce gaze! I hope I will get to see a tiger in the wild shortly. I am keeping my fingers crossed (sic)." Another wrote, "What's going on in the mind of the silent stalker? Is he amused by the waving tail of the giant or processing his attack strategy...wow!!! (sic)."
