Bhim Army chief Chandra Shekhar Azad, along with five other Indian-origin persons, has been named in the TIME Magazine's TIME100 Next list.
It may be mentioned here that this newly introduced TIME100 Next list is an expansion of TIME’s flagship TIME100 franchise.
The TIME100 list now showcases "emerging leaders who are shaping the future."

Apart from Chandra Shekhar Azad, the other Indian-origin persons in the list are Twitter’s top lawyer Vijaya Gadde, UK’s finance minister Rishi Sunak, Instacart founder and CEO Apoorva Mehta, executive director of Get Us PPE Shikha Gupta, and founder of Upsolve Rohan Pavuluri.
Thanking TIME Magazine for selecting for the award, Chandra Shekhar Azad said that it is a recognition of Bahujans' struggle.
