Manipur CM N Biren Singh interacted with the residents of Heingang constituency at his residence in Luwangsangbam on January 10, 2021.
This was the first time after the COVID-19 induced lockdown that the Manipur Cm was interacting with the people of his constituency.
During the interaction, the CM took stock of the situation of the constituency and spoke to the people regarding the various problems and issues they were dealing with.

After listening to the problems and the issues, N Biren assured the people that their problems would be addressed soon and dealt with first priority.
The CM also took suggestions from the people regarding various issues concerning the constituency in particular and the state in general.
Later, in a tweet, the Manipur CM wrote, "After a long gap, due to the #COVID19 pandemic, finally have a chance to meet the people of my Heingang constituency at my residence in Luwangsangbam."
"Attending to hundreds of grievances and also suggestions from my people and well-wishers," he added.

It may be mentioned here that N Biren Singh joined the BJP in 2017 and convincingly won the Assembly elections from the Heingang constituency and became the first-ever BJP CM of the state.
